How does the 21-day countdown work?+
Open the numbered door for today's date, take out the charm behind it, and clip it onto the bracelet. Day one begins with a bare chain; by Halloween night, it is a finished bracelet you built yourself.
October 11 is day one if you want door 21 to land on Halloween. Starting late is fine — open two doors a day to catch up.
What comes inside the calendar?+
The calendar includes 21 numbered doors, 20 different charms, and 2 bracelets. Designs include pumpkins, ghosts, bats, witches, skulls, moons, spiders, and a few extra surprises.
Two bracelets mean you can build two separate looks, or keep one and gift the other.
What are the charms made of?+
The charms are made from silver-tone metal alloy, with hand-painted enamel on the coloured pieces and patterned glass on the beads. They have a satisfying weight in your hand instead of feeling like plastic.
Keep them dry to protect the finish. Remove the bracelet before showering or swimming, and store it in the box between wears instead of leaving it loose in a bag.
Can I use the charms on another bracelet?+
The beads use a standard large-hole fitting, so they slide onto European-style snake chains and clip onto most link bracelets, necklaces, and keyrings.
You do not need another bracelet, though — two are already included in the box.
How big is the box?+
The box measures 240 × 200 × 40 mm (9.4 × 7.9 × 1.6 in) — roughly the footprint of a hardback book and flat enough to sit on a shelf or bedside table.
The lid is printed edge to edge, with the doors die-cut into it, so it is designed to stay on display throughout the countdown.
Is it suitable for children?+
It is suitable for ages 8 and above, with an adult helping with the clasp. Plenty of adults enjoy it too.
It is not suitable for children under 3 because the charms and beads are small parts and may present a choking hazard.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, with no dispatch on weekends. Delivery normally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, and tracking is sent by email once the parcel begins moving.
Order early if you want to start the countdown on October 11.
What if I change my mind or something arrives damaged?+
You have 30 days after delivery to return or exchange the calendar, provided the doors remain unopened. If anything arrives damaged or a door is unexpectedly empty, send our support team a photo and we will replace the missing or damaged item free of charge.
