Shipping at a glance

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Delivery is normally estimated at 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or an incomplete address.

Shipping rates and destinations

The available destinations and final shipping charge are shown at checkout. A free-shipping promotion applies only when a $0 shipping rate is displayed at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

Address changes

Please use the Contact page as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if the parcel arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the case with the carrier and offer the appropriate resolution.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges not collected at checkout.
